Gov. Walker's Claims - Are We Being Misled?

Over at tax.com we find this article about Gov. Walker's claims regarding public unions and their pensions. According to the author, the pension benefits are funded via deferred compensation that would otherwise be paid to the employees in their regular paychecks. This was the result of negotiated, collective bargaining agreements. The logic makes sense to me. Now, how do we get journalists to change their reporting and get to the truth?
