IRS Flags Identity Theft Scams

I think it was Barnum who said "a sucker's born every minute and two to take him!" Whoever said it, the scammers out there believe it's true. The IRS is reporting a rebate scam that is associated with the planned (though unenacted) rebate legislation proposed by Dubya. Already the scammers are milking the possibilities.
