Ok, I'll give Vick the benefit of the doubt, until we see where the legal system takes
this one. At the very least he is a gullible idiot, but I have a hard time believing that he was clueless in Virginia about the dogs on his property. We'll see how quick he settles up on this.

60+ dogs make a LOT of noise, especially if they are deliberately fasted, so unless his game/endorsement/charity schedule can prove he was never at the house, there is no possible way he could not have known!
Its all disgusting!
Depends. Was that his primary residence? What do the neighbors know and what will they testify to? I saw another version of the article suggesting that no matter what he is in deep doo-doo now.
Where does the NFL recruit the Vicks and Tanks? And these 'men' are supposed to be role models for young males, right?
If the horrid mistreatment quoted in the news is true, this guy must hate people too. Not unlike Tank Johnson, it was someone else's fault, he was 'rarely home'.
Doesn't 'depend' on much.
He owns the property and it would be his legal responsibility to 'know' what is happening on that property, even if he doesn't 'live there'. The property isn't in his relatives names, it's in his.
But yes, he's in 'deep doo-doo' now!
I do believe child psychologists tend to jump to attention when in the presence of young animal abusers as that is an indicator of deeper issues and future problems.
Vick has gotten some press on how he discovered his passion for football at a community center. He apparently dodged the gang life, or so it seems and is the quintessential success story. This is what we'd like to see, but I wonder now what else he discovered while growing up.
