Split Decision

Both Tom Mannis and Tom Westgard offer their takes on Don Gordon's challenge of the April run-off. On June 17 I spoke my piece, specifically;

Regardless of what anyone thinks about whether Don should be mounting a challenge or not, remember that it is his legal right to do so and needs to work it's way through the system.

Well it's going to do just that. Don won and lost. The vital essence of his lawsuit is going forward even though the constitutional issues were tossed aside. Will he win? I haven't a clue although I am very interested in how this proceeds.
