Underpowered Infrastructure

One of the issues that comes up with Peak Oil is transportation. The Philadelphia Inquirer has a piece on this issue, although it is unrelated to Peak Oil. It is a worrisome article all the same as it lays out the challenges we face even now in dealing with an overburdened and underpowered infrastructure. Sound familiar at all? CTA may be giving us fits but at the end of the day; pay now or pay later - the infrastructure needs fixing.
