ETA@7:43 PM: Because I consider myself a fair minded person, and wouldn't want any candidate to feel left out, I copied my email to the other candidates, substituting links for PDF files, into the Ask Don contact page. Assuming his email box is not full, it will be interesting to see how he responds.
