Revitalization Rules

From The Oil Drum is this piece about Oregon, Wisconsin and revitalizing the downtown. They could just as well been talking about Rogers Park. I am reminded of the brouhaha over the new restuarant proposed for Morse Avenue. Craig pointedly pursued the parking issue. Perhaps we need to make parking a non-issue and start breaking the chain of thinking that perpetuates the status quo.
