Got a response via Michael Harrington from Don Gordon to my questions. I have asked if there are any objections to my posting his response on the blog.
Nothing from Adams. Nothing from RPNeighbor indicating any response received. So -- Ginderske did not get the original email at all, but is interested in responding. Gordon has responded in full. This is getting interesting.
